    Victor Manuel Gerena (born June 24, 1958) is an American wanted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation for the armed robbery of a Wells Fargo armored car facility, in connection with the Los Macheteros group. On May 14, 1984, he became the 386th fugitive to be placed on the FBI's Top Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list. He is still at large, and has spent the second longest time on the list since its inception in 1950 (surpassed only by Donald Eugene Webb). Gerena is believed to have lived in Cuba where his exact whereabouts and fate are unknown.

    Glen Stewart Godwin (born June 26, 1958) is a fugitive and convicted murderer who was added to the FBI's Top Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list on December 7, 1996, nine years after he escaped from Folsom Prison in Folsom, California where he was serving a 26-to-life sentence. He replaced O'Neil Vassell on the list.

    James Joseph "Whitey" Bulger Jr. (Dorchester, 3 settembre 1929) è un criminale statunitense. Tuttora è considerato un fuggitivo ricercato, insieme ad un amico malfattore Stephen Flemmi, e leader della Winter Hill Gang (Banda della Collina Invernale), una famiglia delittuosa irlandese-americana che opera nella regione di Boston, Massachusetts. James Bulger è il fratello di William Michael Bulger, un uomo politico che si candidò alla presidenza del senato dello stato del Massachusetts, e tuttora presidente dell'Università del Massachusetts. Il 19 agosto 1999, Bulger divenne il 458esimo criminale più ricercato dall'F.B.I., per diversi omicidi, spaccio di narcotici, furti, ecc. A partire dall'ottobre del 2007, Interpol dichiarò che Bulger, è il secondo più ricercato dall'F.B.I., dopo Osama bin Laden.
